1. Reservations & Enquiries
All reservations are subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a booking. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Hotel Dew Drop Shankh via email or WhatsApp, along with any required advance payment or deposit.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST) as per government regulations. Rates may vary based on season, availability, and room type. The hotel reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises in case of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of hotel policies. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
5. Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe (where available) or the front desk for valuables. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any injury or accident on the premises except where caused by negligence of the hotel.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
