Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation

• 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund of any advance payment or deposit.
• 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours / No-show: The full amount of the first night (or the advance paid) will be forfeited.

Special Rates & Packages

Promotional rates, festival season bookings, and special packages may have different cancellation terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Modifications

Date changes and modifications are subject to availability. If the modified dates are at a higher rate, the difference will be charged. If at a lower rate, the difference may be refunded at the hotel's discretion.

Group Bookings & Events

Group reservations (5 rooms or more) and event bookings are subject to separate cancellation terms as outlined in the group/event agreement. Please contact the hotel directly for details.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.
